1. Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 299bet platform and all its services. 3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account, users must provide their correct name, mobile number, date of birth and other required details. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification

At any stage, 299bet may request a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document to verify a user's identity. 299bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone, and if you notice any suspicious activity, contact the support team immediately. Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

299bet currently supports four mobile wallet methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, this timeframe may increase if account verification is pending or unusual activity is suspected. 299bet follows applicable rules on all transactions.

• The deposit account and withdrawal account must be the same — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious activity is found in any transaction, 299bet may immediately suspend the relevant account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 299bet receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus funds, 15 times the bonus amount must be wagered — that is, ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in wagering.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses apply only to eligible accounts. If bonus abuse is suspected — such as attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, coordinated betting or other methods to fulfil bonus conditions — 299bet reserves the right to remove the bonus from the relevant account. Specific terms for all promotions are communicated separately and supplement these general terms.

5.3 VIP Programme

Regular players may join the VIP programme, which has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses. Example: at Gold tier, a ৳20,000 net loss earns ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. Details on tier advancement are available on the VIP page.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 299bet platform:

1. Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
2. Using bots, automated software or hacking methods to exploit the platform.
3. Collusion betting — multiple individuals working together to deliberately manipulate the outcome of bets.
4. Arbitrage betting or systematic betting intended to circumvent bonus conditions.
5. Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
6. Knowingly exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.

In the event of a breach of these rules, 299bet may close the account and forfeit the associated balance without notice. Relevant authorities will be informed if necessary.

7. Betting and Game Rules

Each game or betting market has specific rules set out in the description for that game or market. As general principles:

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, though the stake is returned in specific circumstances (such as when an event is cancelled).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 299bet will investigate and notify users of its decision.
• 299bet reserves the right not to accept bets placed late in live betting.
• 299bet reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect or changed odds.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Loss caused by technical problems, internet disruption or interruption to third-party services.
• Issues arising from a user providing incorrect information or through their own negligence.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account where the user has not maintained adequate security.

13. Changes to Terms and Termination

299bet reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users through their registered contact method. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Applicable Law

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and other policies published on 299bet together form the entire agreement between the user and 299bet. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
